Stress-related problems, including back pain, insomnia and acid reflux are getting more and more common and meditation is excellent for stress relief and relaxation. For the new year, you can try to meditate in the morning, even before you get out of bed, 5 or 10 minutes are enough to help us to deal the daily stress.
